On the 03 of August 2013 I gave a friend of my money to pay my Jets account I told her to take the card with the U on it out of my bag as I wasn't in the office. She accidently to my cash card and paid the money on it. ever since August I have been struggling to get the money transferred to my account and they refuse to give me the money so I can pay it on the account I did the payment at the Randburg Square branch I have brought the matter to the attention of the manager of the store Aubrey I'm not sure what to do anymore! I just hate this thank U card story as everyone is offering you one look at what trouble I have gotten myself into with it. it makes me wonder how they plan to keep customers with such poor customer service I have been at the store more then 3 times with no joy!
