My item was dispatched on 25th of January 2013 from FAIRLAND SAPO via Speed Services with tracking number TA742627563ZA.
After waiting for several days i inquired and came to know that my parcel is lost.
A guy namely Daniel from speed services told me to send fully filled claim form and receipt.
As i did send all the requested copy twice and was promised to get my claim processed within a month, its been now freaking 3 months and i am still waiting for their calls and their phone is always goes on voice mail i lost a phone worth R3500 in that parcel. terrible experience of my life using your service. will i ever get my phone or my money back???
