20 Days and still waiting for my phone

My sender dispatched my phone to FASHION WORLD Malamulele on 25 January through speed services courier from FAIRLAND SAPO with tracking number TA742627563ZA. now its been 20 days and I am getting the same result on their tracking site "ACCEPTANCE OF SCAN AT FAIRLAND SAPO". sender even called Fairyland SAPO twice and got the same reply "Your parcel is already dispatched". if it is dispatched than why am I getting the same result on their tracking site? I even contacted customers care and even mailed sapo head office. 4 days ago I got the reply from SAPO stating they are investigating.
so where exactly is my phone?
I used to be regular customer of SPEED SERVICES, I am really disappointed.
