On 06/12/2013 me and my friend order wifi tablets, that's been send threw speed service. We received our tracking number TC209875701ZA. Now more than a week later 17/12/2013 we still have not received anything. According to them there is something wrong with the tracking number, they can't scan it. Then they say the vehicle that was suppose to bring the parcel to Newcastle broke down, that was on Friday 13/12/2013. I really think its pathetic, up to now no one can tell us where our parcel is. I got proof that our parcel is been send, because the supplier mailed me a copy of the way bill and all the detail on it is correct. whats the use of paying extra for this service if it takes longer than normal post, and then they also cant even tell U the whereabouts of the parcel. I'm going on leave on 19/12/2013 and that parcel must go with me, its my childs flippen Christmas present.
I will never ever in my life use this pathetic speed service again. This was my firs and defnitly last time that I ever will use it.
