Can you please do me a big favour take my account off from MBD for collections. I had call center agencies harassing me with this account, last month i made a payment of R475 without even making an arrangement with them... But all of a sudden i am getting calls from everyday harassing me to pay the R475 that i arranged to pay with them. Bear in mind the money that was paid last month was not even an arrangement that i made with them. Lastly on Saturday morning, i had a call centre agent from MBD callind me around 9am and i was still asleep, he was screaming at me and even asked if im still "drunk" from last nite. Are these the kind of people you employ to do the collections for u. I am aware that i owe SABC but i cannot have some call centre agent swearing at me and asking me those kind of questions as if i ran away with your money. PLEASE TAKE MY ACCOUNT OFF FROM MBD, THEN I WILL START PAYING YOU.
