For over a year MDB has been sending threating SMS to pay my SABC TV licence each time I contact them regarding this they state the following:
1. The reference they provide in the SMS is not my SABC licence (which is fully paid up)
2. There is no reference to my Cell no on that account in their records.
3. They have no record of the multiple SMS that have sent me?
4. They are unwilling to look into the problem and state that it is not their problem.
5. Yet I continue to receive threatening SMS.
In the last 2 months I have received more than 8 SMS from them harassing me, which they will do nothing about even though they admit each time on the calls I make to their call center that it is "not my account".
MBD can you please correct your SYSTEMS and stop harassing me!!!
