Arrangement not fullfilled

I called on the 19th of April to make an arrangement for only a portion of my bill to be extracted from my bank account and will pay the remainder within next month on the 22nd I got a sms saying I should call subscriber collections on 1946 after 05/05/13 with a name attached Theo Letley. Thinking what is the point if I'm trying to do it for this month I called and the guy I spoke to confirmed the SMS was to say the arrangement was approved and I should call the collections department after the 5th to make arrangements to pay the remainder. This morning the full account balance was deducted from my bank account and speaking to the call centre staff is pointless as no one looks to take responsibility/ownership but just passes the buck, call this one, speak to that one.

I would like the arrangement to be honoured and my money to be reversed to my bank account as I have other commitments as well as mentioned to the agent that supposedly sent through the arrangement I will be able to settle the remainder of the outstanding balance along with my payment for May.

I don't even want to say anything bout the call centre as this falls to deaf ears anyway
