I'd like to congratulate TomTom on their superb customer service. They have a South Africa number that links to a UK helpdesk. The helpdesk team are friendly, extremely knowledgeable, prompt and customer centric. They really know the product and typically can answer any query on the call. When my device had a problem TomTom immediately stepped in to replace it even though the warranty had expired. It was all done quickly and efficiently. The Live service from TomTom is very helpful for anyone on the road regularly and what I know now is this is backed up by a customer centric back office. Well done TomTom! "
