When I first complained about late delivery of my parcel, I was told that I would be notified as soon as there was movement from the Witpos hub. This never happened. I was away last week, and have just seen that my parcel arrived at Randpark Ridge post office last week Monday and was immediately "returned to sender" 3 days later. No notification at all. What the is wrong with your staff? This must be the 5th time over the past year that I ordered a parcel from the same sender with no issues, so what went wrong this time? Now I have to go though the major inconvenience of having the parcel resent to me again (and that after waiting almost 2 months because your strike).
