Parcel not returned to sende

A Family member wanted to send me a parcel (Liver pool t-shirt). I've made use of Express Value City's service. They collected the parcel from England. They informed me of the cost involved in transporting the parcel. I couldn't afford it and requested to have the parcel returned to the sender. I had to pay a cancellation fee of R422.00 and it would be returned. The parcel still have not been returned to the sender.
My first date of enquiring about my parcel was in September, last e-mail date 08/02/2013. I had to contact Value several times to follow up on the status of my parcel. They told me the parcel has been returned. Ive requested a pod. They gave me the wrong 'verbal' pod. I requested a hard copy, again they forwarded me the WRONG pod twice which had nothing to do with my tracking number, 205653766 and parcel. What happened to my R422 and what happened to my parcel? They can't give me any kind of proof of the whereabouts of my parcel and their customer service is absolutely non satisfactory! They've got a "don't care" attitude. The sender purchased something for me and now neither one of us has got it!!! I'm so dissapointed with Value's service!!!
