In November last year I was sent a parcel, to be delivered overnight. When i Didn't get in a week, I asked the sender for a tracking number, which I took to the post office to collect. When I asked them why was my parcel not delivered on time because the service was paid for, they blamed the sub-contractors who does deliveries of registered mail for not being able to find my address, which was a surprise because I've been using that address for the past 10years. The second incidence was in April this year when my parcel was sent back to the sender because i did not collect it. No slip reached my address and when I questioned, the subcontractor was blamed AGAIN!!! I now have to pay the postal charges twice for my parcel to be re-sent.
The staff there didn't even care and told me to solve the problem myself. I'm very dissapointed in their poor service and bad attitude towards their clients. I want them to bear the costs of re-sending the parcel to me.
