I had a parcel posted to me in January 2013. Each time I went to the post office, they could not find my parcel. Eventually, they took down my details and told me they would look at the back with the parcels that came in a long time ago and phone me when they have found it. Obviously, I received no call. When I went back again, they checked the system and the parcel was returned to the sender. So now I have to pay for the postage AGAIN in order to receive my goods!!! I don't think that this is fair at all!
