I posted 3 parcels on 31 July 2013 (CV 004 618 859 ZA, CV 004 619 094 ZA and CV 004 619 117 ZA) to Brisane, Australia but these 3 parcels have not reached their destination. I am unable to get through to your call centre. I notice many similar complaints on this website about your call centre. What is being done to solve this problem? Could you please provide feedback as to where these parcels are.
A previous airmail parcel also got lost and I struggled for almost a year to receive a refund. If the Post Office can not provide a dependable service their doors should rather close.
I am really unhappy with the services of the Post Office.
