I lost my phone at the Cape TOWN International Airport, which was later found by an ACSA employee Xola
- I then asked her to courier the phone from Cape Town to the Randburg Post Office and she was assisted by TINY Ndlovu from the Post office who assisted her with the paper work and the packing
- My boyfriend Randle went to fetch the phone from the Randburg post office on the 17th and the phone was missing
- Randle opened the package infront of the person that assisted him and he found the box in the package opened and the phone was
- Xola did pay for the insurance at the post office
- How are we suppose to trust the post office if our valuables get?
- This is highly unacceptable
- Please advice as to who I can get my phone back or get the phone replaced.
