I have been a loyal client (one would think after spending close to R3500 in 6 months) of Leserskring, I had only great service to say the least, but I ordered a game for my son this month, for his birthday (20/07/2013) and I asked for the package to be couriered, Today is the 31st of July 2013, still no package.
So I had to go out and buy a new present for him, and I now have to pay for this,
Also thsi morning I received an sms, that Leserskring made a mistake, and send the game to the post office, stating that I MUST now phone the post office and ask them where the package is, I am not going to phone them, nor am I going to the Post Office to collect the game, if I wanted to use the Post Office, I would have asked for it.
I am also NOT paying for this item, if I must go to the Post Office.
Please get your act together, as you are going to be losing a lot of customers, me being the first.
