I went to the post office today to pick up an item. I received it and went to my car. I then opened the package and found that the contents were removed. I went back to the post office to report it and they said they can't help me as I didn't open the package in their presence. I feel that it is very poor service as someone in their employ my item and they are completely useless and unsympathetic. They gave me a general form to fill out that is not going to help at all. I am very angry and feel violated. I will never use them again. Courier services are much better. I suggest people rather use them as the Post Office is untrustworthy.
