I still haven't heard anything regarding my phone. I've completed all the necessary documents that I was instructed to complete 3 weeks ago but I havent heard anything from the Post Office. I've tried calling Maud, the customer services person who emailed me regarding the matter, she's never at the office and I've been leaving countless messages but no response.
My phone was couriered from CAPE Town to Johannesburg and in the process the phone got at the post office. I was promised that if I complete the forms, necessary measures will be taken to assist in retrieving my phone.
The service at the post office is dissapoinitng to say the least
