POOR SERVICE really really BAD BAD BAD!!
I registered for UIF in Kroonstad at 19 Feb 2013. It was approved 19 March 2013. First the lady slipped up with my papers, after 2 weeks sy phoned me telling me that she made a mistake and that I have to sign again. Then she slipped up AGAIN and after 1 week she phoned me again apologising about her mistake AGAIN!! She typed in the wrong dates on HER SYSTEM. NOW nobody can tell me when I will receive my first UIF check. The ladies who worked with me who also got retrenched got there UIF a month ago and they registered LATER THEN ME and are signing again for their second UIF check on 26 April 2013 - I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY FIRST UIF CHECK and I am now really fed up with the Kroonstad branch and also the Welkom branch.
CAN YOU please please help me. I'VE GOT BILLS TO PAY AND SCHOOL FEES TO PAY!!! My paper work were correct. It's the branches who messed up their system.
