How many times must I change my debit order date?

I have been employed by a new company since October, so my pay date has changed. I have been to the store, I have phoned in, I have been to the store again and have done everything short of sending a pigeon with a note to sort this out. Every time I receive a sms to say that my details have changed successfully and the dates thereof are 06/09/2012, 05/11/2012, 14/11/2012, 02/01/2013, 04/02/2013, 10/04/2013, 30/04/2013 and today I phoned again, and guess what??? IT HAS NOT BEEN CHANGED!! So will you please explain to me why it is my problem to pay RD fees on my account if it is not my fault that your staff and systems are incompetant, and dont tell me that I must only phone certain times, because as you can see on the above, I have done more than my part. I want my debit order date to be the 31st of every month! I will not pay a single cent more than my premium, please check your so-called system to check how many times I have phoned in and been to the store as well. Please sort this out, ASAP!
