ABSA rewards only themselves

I joined ABSA rewards end of FEB 2013, expecting something in return as I have a huge fuel account and pay everything by credit card. Diligently ABSA debited my account with the R21 end of Feb, and also end of March, but nothing came MY way. Eventually I phoned the call centre around the 10th of April speaking to a lady, who explained to me the period for the calculation is from the 15th to the 15th of each month and my balance is R0. I asked her how it could be (?) since I had been registered for a month and a half already, and she said I should check in again after the 15th of April, which I did. The consultant who help me then, also discovered my balance is still R0. He said there must be some kind kind of system eror. He will report this, and I should phone back in 5 days. This after nearly two months of being on the program?? Couldn't the first consultant have realised this? Why should I be the one to check up on them? And how many other people are they catching out like this?
