On the 27/08/2013 i applied for a loan and it was approved waiting on forensic to check for .i called the call centre customer care and i have done this for the last few days... i went to the branch and they still telling me the forensic have all my documents? how long does it take to go through paper work and make up wait almost now 7 days to know what is going on. i need to pay my school fees so i can go to class on saturday and the service was always good at this bank but today i am very disappointed about this ordeal.
can anyone tell me how long will this take so i can make another plan.my ref number is 9850951.
