In January 2013, I upgrade my contract with MTN. After 3 days of receiving the phone, I went back to MTN Kroonstad and told them there is something wrong with the phone. they send it away and after a few weeks I got it back, still the same way as it was. a Week later I went back too MTN Kroonstad office and the lady (Linnette) said that they had a few another customers with the same problem. She send it away again and it come back with that same problem. I ask them to exchange for that phone because I come back in days time and told them I'm not happy with that phone. The guy at MTN Kroonstad said that I must make peace with it and accept that this is how the phone work. i'm not satisfied with phone and it is laying for of 2 month at MTN Kroonstad, but I still pay my account every month. to my knowledge, the consumer law say if you not satisfied with a product you can exchange it in 7 days. But it looks like that law don't apply to MTN Kroonstad.
