I am still waiting for feedback on my parcels stuck at customs, i complained on 18dec and i got a reply, they then said they would contact me, they did and i sent them the tracking number, i have tried again on 3rd of January 2013, still no reply. where are my items? i tried calling all of the customs numbers and no one picks up.
