I have been tracking my parcel for the last 2 weeks, which seems to have been left sitting at the WITSPOS (HUB). I contacted the post office via email via the contact us section of the SAPO website (once i could actually load the page!). Someone responded to me today to state the obvious, that it had been scanned on the 4 of the blah blah blah. I can see this on the online tracking! I wanted to know what was being done.
I will never go through the SAPO again. "We deliver whatever it takes" my foot!
