It is now 2 weeks since I have ordered an Zuma high chair and Chelino bath seat from the 24 hour dispatched list from [URL Removed] I had to call them last week to hear what happened to my order where their excuse is suppliers, suppliers. I had to demand that they send the high chair which was available according to the call centre. Still waiting on the bath seat. The interesting thing is that since my complaint I can't access my order tracking from their website nor is the Chelino high chair a listed item anymore. This is the second time this exact scenario has played off with them. I have not received any communication from their part. I will never order any items from [URL Removed] ever again and will tell anyone I know about their bad service.
