During the September school holidays my daughter and I attended the spa for the day to share some special time. My daughter developed a bad headache and we had to leave prior to the last two treatments as she was in terrible pain. We missed the back massage and hand massage. The lady at the reception said I should give her a call to book the last treatments when my daughter felt better. This is going beyond the call of duty to accommodate a customer.
