My wife had booked a Moonlight spa for the both us of, Very excited because we were looking forward to this and also due to the fact we needed some time to relax and de-stress. it started of well. Once we arrived, they day spa was not yet finished, so we were told to be seated and wait for abit until they prepare for us. We had no issues with this. then I was given a robe and slippers. Firstly the robe had a hole on the side of it and had to request another. thereafter we were provided with snaks and waited for our treatments, first, foot massage, ok they did a good job with the massage, but my bum was aching from sitting on those hard chairs, which didn't even have a cushions. thereafter, it was time for our shoulder and neck massage, this was utterly dissapointing, First I was given a chair which had no cushions, and when I asked, the lady said they don't have enough and that she can't help me and second to this my wife and I had to sit at the entrance or the doorway because it was full on the inside, it was cold and I never enjoy this one bit. We froze throught this massage. Not once did anyone bother to make us comfortable. this runied the rest of the spa.
