I recently visited Mangwanani River Valley, for a day which was supposed to be awesome and relaxing
, from the minute we arrived until we left it was torture. On the booking form I asked for a xl gown for my husband and they gave him a small and what a battle it was to get him another one, there was no one serving us we waited for like 45 mins before anyone came, the food was bland and disgusting and the treatments felt like. On the foot massage the basically exfoliated half my skin off and all the massages were pathetic, the therapists are very uninterested in their jobs, I mean as I went into the tent to go and get my full body massage I found the therapist lying on the massage table relaxing. I was so unorganised and I am actually really disappointed that I spent money on this as it was a total waste of a day. If I was the manager I would be ashamed. Oh and I think there staff need some manners as they are extremely rude and abrupt. Glad to say I will never be back.
