On the 31st March 2013 I had my wedding and ordered some tulips from Flower Zone at Multi-Flora. I was promised that the flowers will be delivered on time and all was well.
I kept calling Flower Zone, two weeks before the wedding to remind them of my order, etc. I was speaking to Ronell the entire time.
The flowers where collected on the 30th by my Decor Company and when they began with the decor, 30% of the flowers needed to be thrown away as they were damaged. These were hidden underneath the good flowers.
I am absolutely disappointed with the service I received from them and when I called Ronell, she indicated that it was the only tulips they had and thats why they gave me even the damaged stock.
Please stay away from Flower zone at Multi-Flora... they will promise you heaven and earth, but unfortunately will not deliver.
