Nutra burn 10 - Incorrect billing

I 've purchased the 5 month plan from Nutraburn10 on 6April. I saw this link on facebook. Buy 3 bottles and the get 2 for free, only R259 each. Seeing that there was a 0800 (toll free nr) and the prices was in rand I assumed that the company was South African.
Expecting a total of (3 x R259) =R777
Bank statement it showed that R1406.10 was deducted (purchase @K2click)
I tried numerous times contacting them on 0800123456 (advertisement). I've also send them a lot of emails at [Email Removed] replies.
10th of April I've send an email cancelling the order.
Only then they replied that my package was already send to me, it's to late to cancel. They were unable to give me a tracking number. No replying about the incorrect amount that was deducted.
I got hold of a different number: 0800981218, I was told my packages was at the Post Office-they offered to pay 50$ back to my account to make up for the incorrect deduction-Still no tracking number.
I was able to collect my package-free shipping was indicated. I had to pay customs fees.
50$ still don't cover all the losses-No payment was made from them yet. My bank is currently investigating the transaction and I had to cancel my card.
