Dear Sir/ Madam,
Im very upset with what happened to my car @ Ladysmith panelbeaters. I took my car for some scratches to be repaired, when i brought my car there everything was working fine in my car. When i went to fetch my car there, my alarm system was no longer working and when i asked them about that i was told that its not their fault that my alarm system failed while my car was still with them. My argument was, why would it failed after they have worked with my car? and there was no problem before they touched it.
