We contracted this company to repair, cean and paint our factory roof some 6 months ago. During the recent rains there where leaks and despite all sorts of promises to come and look at the problem, Mr. Patterson has after 6 weeks of calling and e-mailing not come to site. He has just made excuse after excuse.
The contract was for R100, 000 excluding the cost of the paint which we paid for separately.
