I am 74 and still paying tv licence in full and being penalized for not paying my account as I have informed them I do not own a tv and does note receive any form communication and the last time I received a statement was in 2012 and suddenly I owe them R750. They told my son that the statement was emailed and I don't own an email address so their computers cannot not read identity numbers to determine a person's age. They are arrogant when I make contact with them.
