Duplicate TV licence

I am struggling to get my TV licence sorted out since 2001. I did send Faxes, e-mails and phone calls but nothing get done to get this sorted out.

Firstly I have 2 account numbers.
Secondly I receive sms's for thank me for payments but I never paid monthly. I pay yearly.

I send again mails to [Email Removed] on 11/06/2013 but no feedback.

I lost a deal to buy a new TV due to this and I am not in arrears with my TV licence account but they say I am R3074.40 in arrears. Even on the statement it shows the other persons details that doing the monthly payments.

I need this fixed and the I hold the SABC accountable for the deal I lost due to this poor account management.
