We just came back from Your "Lodge" this long weekend. 28 March - 1 April 2013. We were so disappointed. The photos that you advertise for a 4 bed self catering unit and what we were given was completely different. It shows on the photos that the main bed and single beds are divided by a room sliding door, when we got there, there was no such door. The kitchen did not even remotely look like the one on the photo. I don't even want to think about the stove. The fridge did not seal properly We did complain and the man at reception told us someone will come and fix it the next morning, nothing was done. We were 4 people and only received 2 normal towels and 2 hand towels. How can you dry yourself with a hand towel?? On the site it says:- Towels with Shampoo and Soap, Coffee and Sugar Sachets and much more? The management did not even bother to ask us if we were satisfied or unhappy or if we needed anything? We are very unhappy and will never ever go there again and will not recommend this place to anybody. Unhappy customer!
