This is the second time that I have used Bergen's for my dishwasher. First time (18 months ago) was an absolute pleasure. Unfortunately this second time was a disaster; after numerous attempts to get the company to collect my dishwasher we finally got to meet the driver.
Three days later I had to call them for an update. I was told that the main PCB board was faulty and needs to be replaced. The only option given to me was a second hand board at R 1, 600.
I immediately call around for comparative quotations and found a company in Ferndale that would charge R 1, 200 for a brand new board. I went even further to call LG who supplied me the board for R 608.31 excl VAT.
Will never deal with this company again
