Arranged the pick up of faulty LG washing machine and repair, (19/8) Four phone calls later resulted in no pick up. (I took it up with Adriaan, the owner). Eventually it was picked up on 28/8. Promised delivery on Saturday 31 Aug between 10 and 11. After another phone call, delivery was only done at 11.30. Reception insisted on immediate payment. I wanted to check if it was repaired. He told me "this is not the way it is done, you don't go to Pick and Pay, get stuff and pay later" if you don't have a machine, think about others who have to hand wash". The machine cycle now gets stuck on 15 minutes, then jumps back to 22 minutes. Apparently a new pc board was installed. It is not repaired. They were supposed to pick it up yesterday 3/9, did not turn up AGAIN. I arranged pick up for 16:00.
