POOR LEADERSHIP AND PROCESSING SYSTEMS

I logged a complaint regading an incorrect order delivery on 23 Jan 2013 and Psychology responded promising things he couldnt leave up to. On 12th Feb he arranged for Thandi Mabase to collect the order from my house for credit adjustment. I called her and she confirmed that she will collect on 13th, she never did. 26th Feb i followed up with her and she emailed to say she no longer works in my area and i must find someone to help. 1st March Psychology arranged for Ann Oertli to collect the incorrect order from my house and she also said im not in her area i should bring it to her house, which i couldnt do as i was traveling. Now my orders for Feb are onhold cos of the "outstanding balance" on my account. The lack of inefficient and professional manager at Justine is affecting my CREDIT RECORD and client loyalty.

I cannot believe how i was meant to suffer for something that i had nothing to do with. I even offered to drop the box at thier head office, but i was told that i need to follow process, a manager must collect it, and clearly none of them are willing to help me.
