I purchased an Groupon voucher in early Dec, I phoned to make an appointment for the Environ Facial and head massage and was told I cannot do this without the pre-printed security number that I would receive from Groupon. I received this and I duly phoned Le Suz, I was told by a consultant that the free travel packs that come with the facial would only be available after Feb 22nd. I wait for this date and phone them again, only this time, it appears that their phone number is out of order, I try several times during that week with the same result - an automated voicemail that the number does not exist. I mailed the owner Suzette Truter, I received no response. This carried on until today - I went to their premises only to see a "to let" sign on the outside.
This is highly disappointing - and such poor business ethics. Why not find out who purchased these groupons and refund us all. To add insult to injury the owner does not have the decency to respond to my mail... Sadly it is business like these that give Groupon a bad name, needless to say... I won't be using Groupon again.
