I purchased a product online two weeks ago. The package was accepted at the Century City branch on the 12th of March and sent to the Cape Mail HUB on the 13th of March. The package has been stuck there ever since. I know the post office has trouble with striking workers, but on their website they said that they hired new (or volunteer) workers to help with the backlog of mail. It doesn't seem to be working. When can we expect the post office to deal with this issue effectively and get their customer's packages delivered in a reasonable amount time?
