I had a package sent to me from the USA. The tracking number is CJ172871999US. It arrived in South Africa on 15 March and was received by the post office on 19 March. I went to my local post office today, but it is not there. According to the Post Office website it was sent to 2 incorrect post offices on 20 March. The post office enquiries telephone number given for overseas packages remains unanswered. I made numerous attempts to lodge an enquiry on the web page given but all failed due to the post office's "internal server error". I am afraid that if this continues I will not receive my package.
