I had my car washed at Butler's at Cape Gate on a very busy Saturday morning. On my return my sparkling car was awaiting me in the very secure parking area. Oops, I saw my smash and Grab on the two front window's was scratched... I brought it to the attention on the guy on duty. He took my details. I was asked by Pierre the owner to bring my car in for inspection. He then came to fetch my car and had the smash and crab replaced on his account, my car was also delivered to me again at no cost to myself.
I will always go back and have my car washed by this very friendly bunch of people. Great service Pierre, I can see why you are such a great business man - your clients always come first. Thank you for great service...
