On the 12th of March my parcel arrived at Cape Mail, and was supposed to come to Brackenfelll, but I still have not received it. According to the tracking people at Cape Mail the "system" was down on the day the parcel was supposed to go to its intended Post Office. Now nobody knows where it is. I tried calling customer care, and they just transfer me back to Cape Mail who tells me to call customer care??? EPIC. My Tracking number is PE708159463.
