Still waiting for my parcel

I am still waiting for my parcel, the parcel was RECEIVED at Durban Hub on the 5th march 2013 and has not moved since - has it been OR what?
Why has it not been delivered TO ME IN PRETORIA?
Please let me know what is going on. The tracking number is: PA273541634ZA.
I would appreciate a response that is not cut and pasted.
