SA Post Office
No movement on package for more that a month!!!

Hi,
I have a package (PE784952444ZA - East London hub) that has not moved since 12/02/2013. I have filed several complaints by email and the response is always that the problem with the strike is sorted and my package will move shortly. Well this does not happen!!!
It seems that the older packages are being left and the newer ones are being send out because some of my newer packages shows movement.

SAPO must have some contingency plans in place! It seems that everything at SAPO is in total chaos!!!
