I've been waiting for a parcel to be processed at the SAPO Menlo branch since the 14th of February 2013.
The online tracking shows it as received by branch, but there has been no movement since.
The SAPO customer service has not responded on either one of the 2 email enquiries I've sent and the customer service helpline merely informed me that due to the strike nothing will be processed.
Doesn't SAPO have any form of contingency plan? This delay is simply unacceptable.
