Terrible service, irresponsable employees

A package was sent from ALBEMARLE branch in JHB to East London (sent 2013/11/16). Although SAPO has removed their online tracking system (obviously as result of customers being more educated than their staff when operating this information...) I was able to gather the following info:
3 days after sending mail at branch package was receieved at WITPOS HUB. It sat there for 2 days, then was sent back to ALBEMARLE branch - seems the staff weren't capable of differentiating between FROM and TO address... they then made a comment that they would resend the package (1203-11-21). IT has not reflected back at WITPOS Hub.

SAPO Customer services claims that there are scanner issues in east London (not sure how this affects the issue) but refuse to contact WITPOS HUB to investigate issue. This has been esculated with a ref number, but SAPO refuse to give me any indication of time that they will look for/deliver package.

I have just contacted WITPOS (after being given 3 wrong numbers from helpdesk) and spoken to Beatrice (the person who Customer Support reckons is responsible for looking for the package. What a rude individual - snappy, arrogant and threatening - not prepared to service...
