I am Silindile < joined double deal i think 2years ago but even now havent received my double deal card, called last year to cancel it but they advised me they will send the card but still havent received it.
i would like to cancel it and want my money back as they can see ive never used their service, as they are offering me a very poor service. cancelled debit order now because im paying for something i dont have use im just giving them my money . please assist me as this is not a good customer service it just poor.thanks
