THE PARCEL WAS BOUND FOR BRITS BUT NEVER ARRIVED AND NO ONE CAN SAY WHERE IT IS.. I HAVE CALLED ALL I CAN AND WITH NO LUCK.. YES THERE IS AN INVESTIGATION LOGGED BUT I HAVE NOT HEARD A WORD.. HOW CAN THIS BE? IT IS NOT ONLY MY PARCEL THAT IS MISSING THE WHOLE BAG FOR BRITS ON THE 26 MARCH IS MISSING.. I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON..WHERE IS MY PARCEL AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE IT.. I HAVE BEEN PATIENT FOR A MONTH NOW BUT ENOUGH IS ENOUGH..
