Went and paid my tv licence at the store & now just called SABC to enquire about my tv licence only to be informed that the info they have on their system doesnt exist and therefore no payment has been received. I quoted my SABC acc no# given by OK being 286246293 (SABC quoted 286246376) OK generated an Easy Pay no# 920502862462935) (SABC quoted 920502862463768) how the does that happen and where is the R250 i paid to OK?? I want my money reversed to SABC so they can hand me my tv licence. OK sort this OUT, this is no way to treat clients!!
